Pelikaan, a brand with a long history

Already for 1950, cycles on the Pelican brand were successfully sold. In particular, the traditional Dutch cycling as the grandmother and grandfather bicycles, was a speciality.

Pelikaan had a own framefactory and was known by a very special B%B Parg lug and the sharp crown of the frontfork. Pelikaan was know for this specialization on the local and international bicycle market.

Pelikaan introduced even in 1953 the fi rst Pelikaan bike with an auxiliary. This was an auxiliary of the brand: victoria. In other words, at that time Pelikaan was her time already far ahead.

The current range of Pelikaan stands for “affordable bikes” without a congestion preserving the quality. A nostalgic brand which is accessible to everyone.
